As in what are side affects to overdosing? After you overdose, what can happen to you?
methadone is a long acting narcotic. Like all powerful narcotics it can stop breathing. They buried a 16 year old girl who overdosed on narcotics in a small town not far from where I live just a couple of weeks ago. You don't see it coming, its just lights out and her friends did not know what to do.
CPR until you can get the antidote, naloxone. Naloxone does not last in the body as long a methadone so a second or third dose might be needed until it clears the body.
She died from smoking a Fentanyl patch.

I would not recommend to use it if one is naive, this is addictive and of no good unless used medically, even then it is very dangerous. I am sure some people on the street know its value but they are probably not here, they are out there selling methadone, good lulck
