I am planning on getting my class A license and a long haul truck driving job. I have had to take pain meds in the past for back pain. Is it legal to take prescription pain meds while driving the big rigs. The pain meds that work for me are oxycodone(percacet) or methadone.
I know that it is against the law to use methadone and drive a truck but I am not sure about the other meds. I would call Human Resources and ask what the policy is regarding prescription medications and driving.

Do you even like your son in law? Think hard about this one, because odds are, if he's causing all that trouble, you're not. Since you don't like him, you can throw pity out the window.
What's he on probation for? If it's for raping or hitting a woman, you're gonna need some help. What you essentially want to do is let him know that you're the boss and that he has to clean up his act or else he's history.
You'll need a few items. Most are easily home made.
1) A handheld flamethrower. You can build one by looking up the youtube video.
2) Methamphetamines.
3) A large cage.
4) A piece of string.
5) A stick.
All you have to do is talk to him about his addiction. If he doesn't pay attention, set a simple trap.
Leave a trail of the methamphetamines leading to the guest bedroom. Place the cage at the end of the trail, leaving it half open and wedged by the stick. Tie the piece of string to the stick.
When he comes home from his night of doping and raping, he'll find the trail and follow it. When he's under the cage, pull the string, leaving him trapped. Calmly light your flamethrower and torch off all of his pubic hair until he promises to clean up. If he doesn't, start burning his testicles. If he threatens to call the police, remind him you are in control by aiming the flamethrower directly in his ear.
In the end, you will have either a dead son in law or an obedient one.

My best friend might be going away to a correctional facility and is on methadone treatment and has came a very long way in her recovery. I heard it's the law but they don't do it anyway. I am scared my bff will have severe withdrawls and maybe go back to using. I will state I live in New Hampshire because laws vary from state to state. If anyone has info that would be so appreciated. It seems only a few to no places support Methadone Treatment, your friend better make sure she brings up the MMT problem before she gets sent there. The probability she will may increase, since it's a correctional facility, and depending on how close to a recovery clinic it may be.
