How do can i get methadone outside of a methadone clinic?
I have gone to methadone clinics but cant afford them.Is there an easy or cheap way to get it in any other way?Who could give it to me?Where and when?

i am currently on a methadone clinic in Los Angeles, CA. United States. I will be relocating to maidstone kent, England in ten days. I have searched and made calls to all sorts of agencies. I have Collected all the information for my day of travel. I have been working with my clinic to contact a clinic in the uk.and I am unable to find a listing for local clinics(uk) or even a current email address.
Please, any advice would be appreciated. I know there is a waiting list and I will have only a twenty-eight day supply with me. Any break in treatment may have serious consequences. Any helpful information would be appreciated. Thank you!

I have been going to a methadone clinic for about 3 days to get off pain pills. I have to go every morning and take my medicines for that day but its a 45 min drive. Does anyone know how long you have to go until they let you bring a couple days worth of medicine home and not have to go every day?

I have a friend that goes to a methadone clinic daily and he said that there are video cameras in the bathrooms to monitor drug screens. I was wondering if this is legal....?

Yes its legal to have them in the bathroom, but ONLY for the drug screens. They should be turned off if someone is just using that bathroom but not taking a drug screen. Also the camera should be pointed in a way where there are no private parts seen. But if alot of people have a problem with it (I would) he should complain to the rights board (they should have a number up in the lobby) and see if maybe they can get a person to come in and watch instead so they know that them using the bathroom isn't being recorded. Thats how they do it at my methadone clinic.

As for the guy who told her to get new friends. You are VERY rude. Its GOOD thing hes in that clinic hes trying to help himself. Just because people made mistake in thier lives doesn't mean they should be treated horribly forever.
